• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you have received a written confirmation from the dd99 system. Bets placed during technical errors, system outages, or at clearly incorrect odds are void.

In the event that an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any outstanding balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach — such as at the player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification requirements.
